Returns

Our return policy applies to orders within 30 days from the shipment delivery. Orders received beyond 30 days will no longer be qualified for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return to our address, contact our Support Team. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging and/or if the product arrived damaged.

We request a photo or video evidence for damaged shipments. You must provide this to us through contacting our Support. If you are approved for a refund for an unused item that was not defective upon arrival, a $10 restocking fee will be subtracted from your total refund amount and you will also be required to pay for shipping the item back to our address. To initiate a refund, please contact us through our support page.


Please do not send your order back to us without first contacting us. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1 to 2 business days, and once our warehouse has processed your order or the item is shipped , we will be unable to make any changes.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Support Team together with a picture of the respective damage or defect.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be booked to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is booked to your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
